We are currently in beta of a new web application called Dwellicious. It's a social bookmarking site for real estate. Our beta users are finding new ways of using the service to connect with buyers, sellers, and other agents. We've had several reviews from agents and brokers; Agent Genius http://agentgenius.com/?p=7493 The Seattle Specialist http://www.theseattlespecialist.com/seattle-real-estate/dwellicious-new-real-estate-listing-bookmarker-and-social-media-site WAV Group http://waves.wavgroup.com/dwellicious-is-launched-by-industry-vetrens-dan-wolley-and-greg-robertson Mashable http://mashable.com/2008/11/16/dwellicious/ If you would like a beta account just contact me. Hi! http://twitter.com/Dwellicious We are launching a social bookmarking site, Dwellicious, at the Inman Connect Conference in NYC this January. Greg WRG, Inc. http://dwellicious.com
I'm glad the NAR went with a vendor within the real estate industry. I had heard rumors they were going to go with an outside company. Most large MLS providers in the country can already do what is stated as the goal (on a local level). I'm still a little confused on the big picture. The other question is cost. It would be interesting to find out what the budget is for this one. Nice win for Move but I don't remember seeing any RFPs going around the industry to other vendors. gr
