Kris.. I'm a Realtor/blogger with a journalism degree...and I have the same concerns about minding that line between facts and opinions. To some extent, my journalism training makes it much harder for me to say "I think..." and then give my opinion~~ I was taught to not do that! Please keep writing about what you know...those of us in the "thick of that normal curve" with you completely appreciate your perspective and thoughts!
