Some of those sites on the list pretty good. A couple of them were basically the same thing. Buyer’s main reason for visiting a real estate site is to search properties and in most cases get alerts plus track activity in an area. An agent’s goal is to give the user a good experience and capture leads. We just redesigned these two ( www.adrhi.com & www.hawaiis.com ) Hawaii sites with that in mind. The sign ups have increase 3 times and leads are converting into clients. Not all the functions are live, but will be soon. We will be making our IDX real estate sites and lead management system available to agents after the first of the year. Jeff Manson
