Hey Kris, That's awesome! I've been announcing the end of "the big broker model" for about 2 years now. Old school just does not make any sense at all anymore. I'm glad to have new language to employ about the cat who has long since fallen to his death off my roof! I've read a bunch of posts just this week that were all talking about "back to basics" & print marketing. Could it be that 2.0 is actually only 1.5? We're getting our best results from print. BUT, ironically, those customers (the sellers) say that they hired us because of our online savvy. Pretty funny that they actually found our websites from a print piece.
