Lies, lies, lies. It is true they are no longer going to operate a wholesale lending division, but they are not honoring locked loans in their pipeline. This morning they asked for a 1% deposit on all loans in their pipeline otherwise they would not honor any locks. If the loan did not close you lost your deposit.
