Unfortunately I see it all the time in Ann Arbor, it messes up our data. Don't they know a good buyer agent checks the history of a listing before they write an offer. I see it most when a listing agent re-lists with a new price. You show the home, it looks like it has been on the market for 2 weeks. Then you go home do a history search and find out it has been listed for a year and repeatedly come down. Congratulations Kris, I am so interested in hearing your journey progress. This time last year, I was in indecision mode. I chose to go to KW from Re/max. I have thought so many times, "you should just go on your own, you should just go on your own, you should just go on your own." With a team of 6 buyers agents they have been pushing me to do it. I know I will someday, at least if I ever move this will be the next one. They already nick named me Betty Crocker, meaning it's your name that is important and we'll just keep it.
