Nicole Nicolay is co-founder of Effektive Solutions, a marketing and technology solutions company for real estate professionals and title insurance companies. She has created products and services which have assisted over 30 title county operations, and growing! As content and media editor of HelpMyTitleRep.com and MyMarketWare.com, Nicole is adamant about providing useful resources to real estate agents and title reps, as well as staying current with industry trends.

Nicole’s professional background began in education. She obtained both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in environmental education and philosophy from Sonoma State University. It was there she started an environmental science field trip program for K-8 students. After graduating with distinction, she went on to teach first and second grade for five years. During that time, Nicole was a coordinator for her school district’s writing committee. She helped to create and establish her district’s writing standards and curriculum. Growing up in a family full of successful realtors, it was only natural for her to expand her teaching expertise into the field of real estate.

More recently, Nicole’s passion for writing how-to articles has become evident in her blogging. Nicole is co-author of MyTechOpinion, the go-to blog for real estate technology. There, she works diligently to provide readers with a comprehensive technology base for the real estate industry. She is also member of the Inman Blog Network, contributor to the HomeGain Blog and tech columnist for Chicago Agent Magazine.

Besides being passionate about Effektive Solutions, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and getting her groove on!
