Thank you saying it! I worked in an office that the manager was in charge of assigning the leads from the website...to a favorite few. One by one agents left and they closed their doors but not before I left (happily)!

I don't believe FSBO's belong on Realtor.com. A FSBO is a FSBO because they don't want a licensed Realtor representing them and they don't want to pay a fee. The FSBO feels he can sell his home himself without us and pocket the savings. NAR which represents professionalism is now giving unrepresented people exposure to our buyers. We are the professionals and we pay our dues, education and license fees and subscription fees to Realtor.com. Let the FSBO's keep posting their yard signs for exposure.

In our local community this is electiion time for City Council. You can not imagine the outright hateful, personal attachs, lies, and comments being left on editorial blogs, most of them done by city employees trying to protect the dictator empire. Mr. O'Keefe is right on, you can trash anyone you want or praise yourself. By the way, the newspaper told me they would NOT release the identity of the attackers and that there is no relief in the court system. So why would this be any different? How many of you fill out the surveys you get after you purchase something online or get tech support etc? Why would anyone take the time to do that other than a self serving action?
