Great comments going on here! I'm sick of all the 'fluff' comments myself, and I do believe the informed public is too. It's not pretty here in my neck of the woods, no matter how you spin it or how many times you say "It's a buyers' market." The other side of the coin is that the sellers are losing and have lost value/equity/etc. Inventory is excessive. Those are the facts. Are there great opportunities? Yes.
