On July 7 I celebrated my 30th year as active in this wild, crazy, wonderful business. Our market here has flattened in the high end, but our average priced homes are selling well (200 - 300,000) to local move up and first time buyers. Our friends from the Northeast, California and Florda who love to retire here are not in such abundance because of their difficult markets, but with low interest rates and good lenders, we're counting our blessings!
