Wendy Forsythe

VP, Broker Services and Product Development, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC

Wendy Forsythe was appointed Vice President of Broker Services and Product Development for Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate in October of 2007 and leads the teams responsible for providing products, tools and services to the Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate network.

Wendy was most recently Vice President of Sales Services for Canadian-based Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., where she developed and managed an extensive suite of productivity tools. She is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 15 years of industry experience, having received her real estate license during college. Wendy's talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive. In 1994, she purchased a brokerage franchise in Nova Scotia, Canada, and at that time was the youngest licensed real estate broker in the province's history.

Wendy graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor in Business Administration. She now divides her time between homes in both Toronto, Canada and Morristown, New Jersey.
