As president of Coldwell Banker Previews International, Stan Ponte works to enhance the Previews luxury brand marketing division and cater to today's discerning, international, tech-savvy buyers and sellers. Previews International is a marketing division of CBHK that has represented no less than four former U.S. Presidents, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and notables such as Dean Martin, Zsa Zsa Gabor and Frank Sinatra. As America's oldest and most successful real estate brand, Coldwell Banker Previews International sells more $1 million homes nationally than all other real estate companies combined.

Stan has developed a widespread selection of luxury properties including co-ops, condominiums and townhouses, and he possesses a rolodex that includes some of the world's most successful business executives and entertainment moguls. Stan entered the real estate industry by independently brokering rentals to college students before accepting a position as an associate broker at Stribling, where he continued to excel for close to a decade. "My goal as a broker is to rise above what people expect. It really comes down to assessing the clients' needs, answering their questions before they're asked and working alongside the client until the end."

Stan graduated from New York University with a bachelor of fine arts in 1993. He began his career as an actor and television personality and worked as an infomercial producer before making the transition to a career in real estate. "I was raised to work hard with a huge emphasis on education, responsibility and following your dreams. No dream was too big, and I had no boundaries to what I thought I could accomplish."

In addition to his real estate accomplishments and success, Stan also serves on the board of directors for the Anti-Violence Project and is chairman of Brokers Build, an organization compiled of New York City's top real estate brokers that is working directly with Habitat for Humanity - New York City to build the largest affordable-housing development in the city.
