Glenn E. Cohen is the Founder and CEO of Expert Real Estate Services. Expert is a leader in search engine optimization, lead generation and lead conversion for partner brokers and their agents.

In addition, the company is planning a 2009 launch of ESP (Expert Sales Platform), which includes state of the art web based customer relations management (CRM), proprietary lead conversion system, sales training and productivity software for brokers and agents and franchise operations.

Mr. Cohen was also the founder, CEO and chairman of YHD.com, which later merged with Foxtons. Mr. Cohen sold his ownership interest to Foxtons in March of 2004. Mr. Cohen founded Foxtons in 2000 and grew it from business plan to 400 employees and one of the top 5 brokerages in the NY/NJ market by 2004.

Mr. Cohen received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in recognition of his accomplishments at YHD Foxtons.
