Miriam M. Lowe

VP International Operations, NAR

Miriam M. Lowe is the Vice President of International Operations for the National Association of REALTORS®.   Ms. Lowe directs the Association’s international outreach efforts including development of new markets and international business opportunities, analysis of policy issues and trends affecting global real estate markets and oversight of NAR’s international education and member service programs.  She also represents NAR on the Board of the International real Property Foundation, the Management Committee of the International Housing Coalition and on the Executive Committee of the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, a multilateral industry coalition established to create worldwide real estate standards.  

Prior to joining NAR in 1985, Ms. Lowe spent 3 years with U.S. Agency for International Development and 5 years with Massachusetts Executive Office of Communities and Development in a variety of international/housing/real estate/urban development related positions.

Ms. Lowe received her B.A in Political Science from Brandeis University and her M.A. in International Economics and American Foreign Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
